HOW ARE THE PRINTS PRODUCED?
Artworks in our Feathered Beauties Collection are painted by our Artist Andrew Howells using a mixture of acrylic and water colours. Our Wild Beauties Collection are hand-drawn by our Artist Andrew Howells using graphite pencil and wash. The original artworks and are then made into a Fine Art Giclée Limited and Open Edition Prints using the highest quality 310gsm Archival Paper and archival pigment inks.
WHAT IS AN OPEN EDITION?
Our open edition Fine Art Giclée Prints are produced without a predetermined limit to the number of copies made. Our Artist signs all open edition prints.
WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION?
Our limited edition prints are numbered and the number produced is limited, making them a collectible artwork. Each limited edition print comes with a Certificate of Authentication which states in sequential order the edition number of your artwork. Once a limited edition print is sold out, it will no longer be available. The limited edition artworks in our Feathered Beauties Collection will also be signed by the Artist.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRINT? AND HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN IT IS DISPATCHED?
Once an order is received, our prints will be packaged and dispatched within 10 to 14 business days. For approximate delivery times, refer to our Delivery Information.
DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
We deliver to most countries worldwide, however we are unable to ship to a number of countries including South Africa, Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, Spain, Portugal, Russia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as to countries where parcels cannot be registered or easily tracked.

CAN I SPLIT MY ORDER BETWEEN MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
No, we are not able to split orders.
DO YOU OFFER MULTIPLE PURCHASE DISCOUNTS?
Our focus is on providing our customers with high quality Giclée Fine Art Prints at an affordable price and we therefore cannot offer discounts for multiple retail purchases.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE AND PROTECT THE PRINTS?
It is important to us that we use the best possible methods when packaging our prints. All of our larger prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and placed into sealed mailing tubes, suitable for shipping fine art prints. As we know that even with the highest level of care in our packaging, the edges of prints have the potential to be damaged in transit, we allow a white border (approx. 2.5cm/1") to protect them during delivery. If the white border is creased, this will simply be trimmed during the framing process. In the unfortunate event that your print arrives with shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible with a picture of your damaged print. We recommend that larger prints sent in our mailing tubes, only be removed from our packaging by a professional framer.
CAN YOU PUT A GIFT TAG AND MESSAGE IN WITH MY ORDER?
Yes, we will place a gift tag in with every order. If you would like a message on the gift tag, please enter your message to your recipient in the box provided during the checkout process.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
Framing your art print is left to you, as this allows you the freedom to choose a frame from your favourite store or create something individual with your local framer. Due to the delicate nature of our larger prints, it is our recommendation that these be taken to a professional framer. For more information see our Framing Ideas section.
IS THE STAMPEDE STYLE WEBSITE SECURE?
Stampede Style is a secure website with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate using a 128 bit encryption. When shopping on our website, at the checkout you will see the security lock on the left hand side of your browser. This means that your order and personal details are encrypted by a 128 bit encryption which is secure over the internet. Importantly, we will never store customer credit card details.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM STAMPEDE STYLE?
No. You are able to purchase simply as a guest rather than creating an account during the checkout process.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We accept American Express, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash, cheque, money order, traveller's cheques or PayPal at this time.
MY CREDIT CARD IS NOT WORKING?
Please check the following:
- Is the name on your billing order and the name on the credit card exactly the same?
- If you have tried multiple times with an incorrect name, your bank may have blocked the purchase on your behalf. You may need to contact your banking provider to check if this has occurred or wait a few days for the embargo to lift.

WHAT IS STAMPEDE STYLE'S REFUND POLICY AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY?
Stampede Style reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund on change of mind items. All sales are final and exchanges and refunds are not accepted, except in the case that prints arrive damaged or incorrectly delivered. Customers must advise Stampede Style and will need to send through proof of purchase with a photo of the damaged print. Please use either the receipt delivered with the goods or the email sent to you at the time of order.
CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM SIZED PRINT?
We currently have a selected variety of sizes to suit most customers, however we can also provide alternative print sizes to suit your space. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I GET A DIGITAL FILE TO DOWNLOAD AND PRINT MYSELF?
No we don’t provide digital downloads of our prints.
CAN I USE A COPY OF YOUR IMAGES FOR A WEBSITE, BLOG OR PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL ETC?
All rights to the images on our site are reserved by our Graphic Designer and Artist. Images used on this site may not be used in any way without prior written permission.
CAN I MAKE COPIES OF THE PRINTS I HAVE PURCHASED?
No, the prints are not to be copied as only Stampede Style has the permission to reproduce these images. Therefore you cannot copy any prints without prior permission when used for personal, non commercial, commercial or educational reasons.
DO YOU PRODUCE COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS?
If you are interested in commissioning our Artists to produce an Artwork, please visit our Artist's websites.
